Anil Azeez was born on the 6th July 1982 in the beautiful land of many waters, Guyana on the Essequibo coast at the Suddy Hospital.

Anil was converted from Hinduism to Christianity at the age of seventeen in the year 2000 when he responded to the call of God upon his life in a crusade and has since been walking with the Lord Jesus Christ.

He attended First Assembly of God Church located at Durban Street, Wartmanville Georgetown Guyana under the leadership of Rev. Raphael Messiah. There he was nurtured, mentored and groomed into a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Anil has traveled throughout the regions of Guyana, ministering the Gospel in song Chutney style. He has also traveled to some of the Caribbean Islands, such as Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago (just to name a few) touching the lives of many he has come into contact with, through his unique style of music.

His first single "In Jesus Meh Can't Die" was released in his home land Guyana, in the year 2003. He then went on to produce his first album in 2004,"Come Sing a Gospel Chutney" featuring Ocie Thomas. In 2005, his second album "Sing Paises in Chutney" was produced and released in Guyana. Then his third album, "Celebrate Christmas in Chutney" was produced and released in the beautiful twin island of Trinidad and Tobago in December 2007.

Anil has also produced some music videos: "In Jesus Meh Can't Die", "Washed in the Blood of Jesus", and "Don't Drink Rum and Beat up Yuh Wife".

Since his marriage Anil currently resides in Trinidad with his beautiful wife Lisa Azeez, and family.
